Fall

We have had a busy fall!! Annelise is growing so fast!! Lots of personality! She hates not getting her way! Life is so tough. So now the fun parenting begins!! I forgot to mention how her one year check up went on my last entry. Her appointment was on the 24th of September. She was 22 pounds and 30.5 inches. So growing great. Tall for her age. She must get that from her mom, HAHA I mean dad! Drinking whole milk and anything /everything. We are so blessed to have a beautiful/funny daughter!
One big announcement we are trying to sell our house! We found a house in West Richland by the Yakima river that we would love to move to and raise our family at. So hopefully that works out for us!. Other than that busy with family and friends. Gran'ts mom's side of the family welcomed a new baby cousin this weekend! Audrey Fae Marcum was born on Saturday!! Annelise is excited to have a girl cousin to run around with. Congrats Craig and Nikki!!!

Baby girl is 1

Time sure is flying by!! Annelise had her first birthday on the 20th!! We had a wonderful BBQ at our house with family and friends! Annelise played hard and crashed at 6 that night!! Mommy and Daddy got her a swing set! She is full of smiles when she is swinging! The next weekend we went to Aberdeen and had a birthday party with family there. Annelise is a very blessed little girl! Lots of lovin from everyone. Grant is off to a new school year and job. He is now working at Enterprise Middle School and enjoying it. He was ready for a change and is happy it turned out. They even convinced him to coach girls volleyball. Annelise loves her babysitter still. She has a great time with the other kiddos there. I will post some pictures of our growing girl!!


We just had one year pictures done as well. So as soon as we get those I will post some!!

Summer!

We have had a wonderful and busy summer. Baseball, boating Hawaii, 10 year reunions, fair, weddings, and visiting friends!! Annelise is growing so fast. She had a great time in Hawaii. She is a water baby!! Loves the water!!!! Did great flying for the first time. Crawling all over the place and on the verge of walking!! We enjoyed our summer. I will start posting some pictures of summer here the next couple days. To many to download at once! We hope everyone else had a wonderful summer!!

Growing girl!!

Since Saturday we have been crawling!!! She is cruising now!!!! We love our growing girl!! Plus we can see a tooth come up finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summer

Annelise had a great 9 month checkup in June. She is just about 20lbs and growing great. She is so close to crawling. Moving forward now just has not taken all the way off yet. Loves standing and will let go of what she is holding on to see how long she can stand by herself. She is very brave and adventurous! We having been enjoying baseball. The last two weekends we had baseball tourneys!! She loves to swim and be in the water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our little fish!! She is eating alot of different foods now.
We feel so blessed to have her in our lives. Annelise is a very happy baby!!!!

Summer

Sorry it has been so long since I have been on here. We have had a busy spring. Grant's baseball team went to state in May. They placed 4th and had a great season. Summer baseball started the day after state!! We had pictures done with the talented Andrea Turner in mid April. I will post some of those! Annelise was a champ. Our baby girl is amazing. She is always smiling and flirting with everyone!! She is getting close to crawling. Eating her food like a big girl as well. She is growing and learning so fast!!! Her nine month appt is in a couple weeks!!! Crazy to think that!!
On a sad note we did lose Grandpa Love to cancer on May 9th. He was a wonderful man and I will always cherish all of our memories. I was home that weekend before he passed and he said his goodbyes. That was a tough day, but so blessed we had that moment together. Grant's Grandma Joanie has been in the hospital and hope she will be out soon. Grandma Jennie celebrated her 90th bday!!! Grandpa Green is hanging in there. My amazing Grandma has so much strength to take care of him. We love all of our grandparents and wish the strength and wellness.

Our Princess

Our precious girl is growing so fast. She is sitting up all by herself now. Eating rice cereal daily and we have tried sweet potatoes and bananas. Not a fan of either yet but we will keep working on it. We had a week off for spring break, so it was great to spend time together. We went to Aberdeen for a weekend to see the family/grandparents. That was great! I hate that we live so far away. My grandpa's are hanging in there. They are both strong and fighters. We have had house issues and car problems. But hopefully those will start to get better soon. Annelise has recovered from her double ear infection. She is definitely teething. So we will see when one of those pearly whites will pop up. Baseball season is in full swing. So far 6-0 overall. Oh boy!! Lastly, I am ready for it to be 70's degree here. We are getting close!! Hope everyone has a great spring!!

6 MONTH APPT

Well Annelise is doing better with her ear infection. One ear was still a little infected on Friday. She had been taking her liquid amoxicillin. Which caused horrible diarrhea and ended up having blood in her stool again. So they gave her a shot of antibiotic which should clear the rest of the infection up. It has been a long couple of weeks with all of us sick but we are recovering. We have next week off so that will be nice. Annelise's 6 month check up went great. She is 26.5 in (75th percentile), 15.2 lbs (30th percentile). Other than that she is growing good and developing well. We started rice cereal and she is not real excited about it yet but she will get there. Once everything in her intestines return to normal we can start some veggies. Grant's season started for baseball and they are doing great so far. Hope everyone has a great spring!!! pictures coming soon

Sick girl

Well Annelise has been dealing with a cough/cold this last week. Her cough is getting better but she was very fussy on Thursday night. By the morning she had a temp. So we called the doctor and were able to go in. Annelise has a double ear infection!!! Poor thing. She is doing good. Temp is down and we have a liquid antibiotic to give her. She is not a big fan of the medicine. Trying to give a little one medication is definitely a task. I feel so bad. So hopefully that will clear up fast for her. She weighed in just an ounce shy of 15 pounds!!!! We go back on Friday for her 6 month check up and update on her ears!! She will be 6 months tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

March

Annelise is growing so fast. We just started to give her rice cereal. She is not sure what to think about the spoon. We will keep working on it. She loves standing and is using the ottoman to stand on her own now. Getting better at sitting up. She has had a nasty cough and cold this last week! Poor girl. It is so sad when little ones get sick!! Annelise will have her 6 month appointment on the 25th!! I can't believe she will be 6 months next week!! Baseball has started for Grant! His boys look good. It should be a great season. Maybe even a trip to state??!?!!!! Well after her appointment I will let you know how she is doing!! Have a great day!!

Annelise March

February has been a great month so far! Annelise is growing and learning so fast. She is rolling over now from her stomach to back. So close back to stomach. Talks a bunch and makes many different noises and sounds. She found her feet! Has not got them to her mouth yet but I am sure that is coming. She loves bouncing in her jumperoo and is wanting to stand all the time. Annelise is going to be 5 months next weekend. Time sure goes by fast!! She is such a blessing in our lives!!
